U-switch released the results of their customers satisfaction survey and revealed what most of us already know: Free broadband is not all it seems. According to the survey, the Free broadband pioneers, TalkTalk and Orange, were at the bottom of the list when it comes to customer satisfaction. So how can businesses make the right choice when it comes to their connectivity?
For most businesses, Internet connectivity plays a vital role in communications both internal and external . When deciding which broadband provider to use, price should not be the only consideration. Take a delivery company for example, they would carefully consider which vehicle to invest in by evaluating the supplier’s reputation (reviews, recognised awards achieved) and what they have to offer (warranties, support, maintenance). The same applies to broadband providers.
If your internet connectivity goes down, it could mean hours or even days without the ability to communicate with your customers, which could be very costly. Not all broadband suppliers provide the same quality of service so investing in the right provider should always be a carefully planned decision.
We have built strategic partnerships with some of the best ISPs in the country so that we can provide excellent service to our clients.
