Having dealt with many start-ups and being a young company ourselves, we know how money is tight in the first few years. As a result we have put together a telephone package for start-up companies with the same features as a professional PBX at a fraction of the cost.

You can choose from a complete solution, including phones, line connection, hardware and phone numbers down to supplying your own internet connection and IP phones.

Hosted PBX Account

Your hosted PBX account will give you up to 10 extensions. In addition to the traditional PBX features (Call Transfer/Hold, Voicemail, Caller ID, Music on hold and more) you will also benefit from:

• Voicemail2Email (receiving your voicemail as an email attachment)
• Fax2Email (receive faxes as email attachments)
• Location independant numbers
• Free phone calls between virtual and branch offices
  

Telephone Numbers

If you require more than 1 incoming number, for example a 0800/0845 number for your general sales line, or different numbers for marketing plays to measure campaign effectiveness, we can add that to your Hosted PBX plan. Our numbers cover most of the UK geographical locations as well as non-geographical numbers (0800, 0845, etc).

VoIP Line Connection

This includes everything you need to connect your IP phones to the Internet. To ensure high call quality, we generally recommend a SDSL or leased line for businesses wishing to implement VoIP. However, if you currently have an ADSL (broadband) internet connection for your office, then we would recommend you get this dedicated internet connection for your IP Phones. This will allow you to make up to 3 or 4 simultaneous phone calls.

IP Phones

You can choose the type of phone you would like to have. We have a small range of the more popular models available, but if you are looking for a specific handset (e.g. a wireless IP phone), then don’t hesitate to ask.

Requirements

You will require a decent Internet connection and router in order to make use of VoIP. All hardware (IP Phones, routers, etc) will arrive preconfigured with instructions on how to connect it. If you need additional help installing, we may be able to send out an engineer at our standard call out rates.
