Which? Ask why 8mbps broadband is often 2.7mpbs

Which? the consumer group have requested an investigation into why advertised broadband speeds just don’t match up to what users’ experiences are.  Often, 8mbps is advertised when average speeds are more likely to be 2.7mpbs with the quickest being 5-6mpbs.
